Zander Geronimos is a Managing Director at Capitalaxōn, where he focuses on capital markets across regions and sectors, leveraging his deep expertise in real estate and proptech to connect institutional investors and fund managers with high-impact alternative investment opportunities in the built environment. universities including Yale, UCLA, Vanderbilt, UC Irvine, Cornell, and UT Austin. He is the Global Head of Business Development for PRODA, leading revenue and growth for the leading platform automating and standardizing critical property data for investors and lenders, serving major clients including Blackstone, PGIM, Hines, Starwood, and many more across the real estate industry. Prior to his current roles, Zander was the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development for MetaProp, the most active early-stage venture capital firm in proptech. He led relationships with strategic investors managing nearly 20 billion square feet of real estate to drive capital market efforts across their fund vehicles and served as the revenue conduit between portfolio companies and the broader real estate ecosystem. His contributions supported VTS's growth from startup to market leader as the leading technology platform in leasing and asset management, with over 12 billion square feet of commercial real estate on the platform. He began his career as a Real Estate Research Analyst for a hedge fund in Stamford, CT.
